Call it a Baguette cutter, Coupe-pain, or Trancheuse à pain, these impressive guillotines would typically sit on a maitre-d's table, and slice baguettes as needed. This extra large example has been completely restored. The detachable carbon steel blade can be sent out to be resharpened.
