It's been a while since we've offered these antique French cleavers. Much like the copper we find in the antique markets, they require a full restoration. If you've not had the experience of chopping herbs or breaking down a chicken with these extremely sharp carbon steel blades, trust us when we say you'll be a convert.

Please note carbon steel can pit and rust, so care is needed to keep the blade dry and treated with mineral oil. Hand wash only, dry thoroughly
