Gaillard Paris had it's origins in the late 18th century as a chaudronnerie, or copper boiler maker. Over the next 200 years it became an industry favorite for the high quality, professional grade cookware it produced. Gaillard closed up shop in 1980, but its cookware is much sought after by chefs and collectors alike.
A great petit sauté with a storied history, brought back to life and relined with 99.9% food safe tin.
